Shipping Information

We ship Australian wide and Internationally. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

For all orders, postage is calculated automatically during the checkout phase once your address details have been entered. Postage cost is calculated according to the total weight of your order and destination. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will also send you an email again once your gear has been shipped, with a tracking number if an applicable postage method was chosen.

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post Express Parcel, which means your item will arrive within two business days. All orders of items that are in stock will be posted by the day after you order. This means you should allow 2-4 business days for your gear to arrive. 

For International orders we also ship via Australia Post. International post generally takes approximately 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, once the parcel is out of our hands, there may be delays beyond our control when the parcel enters your country, such as from customs. Please take this into account when ordering goods from us, as custom orders could take up to 2 weeks to arrive in your hands.

Want to qualify for free shipping? Spend over $150 and domestic shipping is on us! Use the shipping code "onthehouse" when your cart total is over $150 to receive this discount.  

 

Returns

Have you purchased some stock standard gear from us, and realised it wasn't for you when it arrived? Contact us.

We understand the colour that appears on your screen may not be the same as the colour of your gear, which is why we are more than willing to cancel, replace, or provide a full refund for your standard gear order. All we ask is that you pay the shipping costs for the return of your gear. Please contact us at team@fusedgoods.com.au if you would like to return your gear, and we will point you in the direction of what to do. 

Unfortunately, this does not apply to custom goods, as we have hand crafted this to your exact specifications. We work with you throughout the build process to ensure the gear you get is exactly what you want. All of our goods are made to last, and will be with you for a long time!

Any refund we issue will include the original cost of delivery to you, but not the cost of you returning the gear to us.
